I bought an +20-year-old town home and I chose to keep the original tiles as they had a little bit of old Florida charm. However, the grout was discolored in many places, and there were some places where the grout was missing.
My technician's name was Oscar, and he was beyond accommodating. Clear communication of what to expect in the process, and he continued with clear communication throughout the project.
Everything was repaired, all grout colors matched everything. Steam cleaned the shower, replaced all the caulking! They did such a great job that after I move into this town house and I put my condo on the market, I'm going to be using them to do the same! Highly recommend five stars.
