I hired Sir Grout of Jupiter to clean and color seal my shower stall in the master bathroom. From the beginning of our relationship, they were the most professional, respectful, and gracious people to deal with. I was amazed at the fact that Tatiana was not feeling well the day she came to give me a quote because she was passing a kidney stone but still showed up on time and was very professional and pleasant. Personally, I would have re-scheduled, but she proved how committed she is to her profession. The job has now been completed and it came out even better than I could have imagined. I'm so happy to not have to scrub any longer and clean with ease knowing the surface is protected. Alex, Tatiana, and their team did an INCREDIBLE job with cleaning, grouting, and sealing my tile floor. 2,000sf of space is not an easy job as they have to go through every tile and every seam by hand and wipe all the excess. It's a multi-step process and I was surprised how involved and elaborate it is! The result truly exceeded my expectations - the floors look like new! It was the best investment I have made as the whole house feels changed from dated to UPDATED.

The team was courteous, considerate of my situation (I was renovating a bathroom at the same time and they accommodated and prioritized the work accordingly), super careful with the furniture. They took the time to pick the color of the seal - we spent quite some time picking the color to match the floors, but also bring out the color of the walls (the whole team was involved and helped me decide). We ended up picking the color that blended with the rest of the tile and again, I couldn't be happier. They are truly committed to their craft.

Our oceanfront home looks amazing again. When we purchased this freshly remolded condominium, we did not realize the shortcuts taken by our contractor. After three years, our bathrooms looked dirty and mold was starting to form in the showers and our tile throughout the place was collecting dirt in the grey grout between the tiles, the more we scrubbed the worst it looked.
Sir Grout meticulously filled in all the small unseen holes in both shower's. They filled in the unlevel grout lines between the tiles and then completely sealed both bathrooms. They also cleaned and color sealed the grout in our tile throughout the condo. If your home needs a fresh look, I would highly recommend calling Sir Grout of Jupiter.
