Alex and Tatiana are wonderful people to work with. Tatiana came and looked at the work and sent me an estimate that evening. They were able to get me in sooner than expected, which was great, since I was having guest arriving soon. Alex showed up with Gregory and Anastasia and went to work on my two bathrooms and kitchen floor. They worked for two days making my old tile look brand new. They were all very professional and pleasant to have in my home. I am thrilled with the outcome and would highly recommend them without hesitation. Five stars are not enough to rate the Sir Grout team. I recently remodeled my bathroom. The tile company I had due to job did a terrible job on the grout. I called them repeatedly to come back and fix their work which never happened. I called Sir Grout and Tatiana came out to give me an estimate of rerouting my shower and bathroom floor and while she was here, I asked her to give me a price on changing the color of the grout throughout my whole house. They gave me a fair and reasonable price. I said yes and the team came out to do the work. They were very polite, respectable, courteous, an extremely thorough. I was completely happy and totally amazed at the quality of workmanship. They are a top-notch company and I would 100% recommend them to anybody.

I had Sir Grout come over to replace my grout on my upstairs outside balcony with epoxy waterproof grout. I could not believe the job they done was so professional and my deck looked like it was brand new. They did such a great job that I had them do our master bathroom also, which also looks brand new. Highly recommend this company.

I hired Sir Grout of Jupiter to clean and color seal my shower stall in the master bathroom. From the beginning of our relationship, they were the most professional, respectful, and gracious people to deal with. I was amazed at the fact that Tatiana was not feeling well the day she came to give me a quote because she was passing a kidney stone but still showed up on time and was very professional and pleasant. Personally, I would have re-scheduled, but she proved how committed she is to her profession. The job has now been completed and it came out even better than I could have imagined. I'm so happy to not have to scrub any longer and clean with ease knowing the surface is protected. Absolutely hire them, they are amazing communicators and charge a very fair price for the work that needs to be done.

Alex, Tatiana, and their team did an INCREDIBLE job with cleaning, grouting, and sealing my tile floor. 2,000sf of space is not an easy job as they have to go through every tile and every seam by hand and wipe all the excess. It's a multi-step process and I was surprised how involved and elaborate it is! The result truly exceeded my expectations - the floors look like new! It was the best investment I have made as the whole house feels changed from dated to UPDATED.

The team was courteous, considerate of my situation (I was renovating a bathroom at the same time and they accommodated and prioritized the work accordingly), super careful with the furniture. They took the time to pick the color of the seal - we spent quite some time picking the color to match the floors, but also bring out the color of the walls (the whole team was involved and helped me decide). We ended up picking the color that blended with the rest of the tile and again, I couldn't be happier. They are truly committed to their craft.
