The owner, Marc, and the technician, Oscar, were both totally polite, respectful, and professional. I was duly impressed! Oscar did a beautiful job on the bathroom and shower floors. They look new. I hope I can keep them that way.

Very professional operation. Pleasant team members too. They showed up on time, completed the job early, cleaned up after themselves, explained what needed to be done to maintain the new grout, and then they were gone. Zero complaints here.

From start to finish, these folks were a great pleasure to deal with. General manager Antonio came out quickly and thoroughly, and clearly explained what they would do both verbally and in writing. The price was fair. Techs Oscar and Steve were as good as it gets--timely arrival, communicative, thorough, conscientious and hard-working. They were also perfectionists and pleasant young men. I am very satisfied and would certainly call on them again!

Antonio laid everything out both verbally and in writing clearly and fully. The work performed by Oscar and Steve was absolutely first class from start to finish. They were everything the homeowner wants - on time, extremely conscientious, communicative, perfectionists, and hard working from start to finish.

Simply put, they did a great job transforming a messed up shower enclosure back to its "original glory". I have rarely been so satisfied with any contractor for any project.
